Meet David Ben Moshe

Personal Trainer

David Ben Moshe is a personal trainer with over 7 years of experience who has helped well over 100 clients with their fitness goals.

David focuses on each client as an individual. Only once he has understood their needs, does he work with them to find the ways to make fitness work for them. David knows what it’s like to have to juggle fitness with other responsibilities, like family life, religious services, studying, work and community involvement.

David’s story is unique - making a few major transformations in his life. At 14, he was overweight, and then joined the wrestling team his first year of high school. After passing out due to an asthma attack he decided it was time to change. Though reading and working out he did, eventually qualifying for the State Wrestling Championship his senior year.

After high school his life quickly fell apart, he dropped out of college and hit his rock bottom - in federal prison. There he discovered Judaism, eventually converting and becoming an Orthodox Jew. During this time he also rediscovered his passion for fitness. After his release he became a personal trainer at Merritt Athletic Clubs in Baltimore MD. He worked for Merritt until he left to open his own Personal Training Studio “Conditioned Perfection Performance” in Baltimore Maryland, which he owned and operated until age 30 when he moved to Jerusalem, Israel.

At aged 26 while working full time as a Personal Trainer he returned to college at Towson University in Maryland. He studied exercise science and graduated Magna Cum Laude with straight As and 4.0 GPA, while maintaining his fitness and his business. During this time he was also an adviser to the Baltimore Police (S.W.A.T. division) improving their fitness training and testing.

David understands that changing the world comes by changing yourself first. He now wants to improve the quality of other people’s lives by helping them change.

We focus your training around building some muscle and toning up. We will help you with a customised exercise program that is specific to you and your goals.
2. Nutrition

We coach you on how to lose body weight without giving up the foods that you love, and how you can fit good nutrition around your lifestyle.
3. Life Coaching

We coach some clients on their entire lifestyle and help them formulate individualised plans on how they can improve and design a better life for themselves.
4. Mindset

Mindset is a key component to success - especially when it comes to health, fitness and fat loss. We coach you on developing a mindset that can lead to long-term success.

Magen Fitness is an online coaching service that helps busy people with their fitness goals. We deliver our coaching services online so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world - we can help you. It doesn’t matter if you’ve tried to lose weight multiple times before, or if it’s your first time, we will build a solid foundation for you to use to help you on your journey.​
